The "User ID" and "Password" you receive from your Network Operator once your application is approved, will allow you to directly input information onto the ACE-Net Company Database from your own computer. The Database is a secure site that is only accessible to enrolled ACE-Net users with valid passwords.

When you and your legal counsel have prepared all the necessary documents for your company's securities offering and are ready to input the data on ACE-Net, go to " List Your Company on ACE-Net." You will be instructed on how to complete each field, as well as on saving the data, temporarily viewing, and ultimately submitting the information.

As a special feature, the ACE-Net Company Database serves as a temporary "intranet" while you prepare your information. This means that you can take your time to input each required section and allow other members of your company or your professional counsel to review the material online, just as it would appear to an investor. This allows you or anyone on your team to make edits directly on the website. The information will not appear on the ACE-Net Company Database unless and until you finally decide to activate it.

PLEASE NOTE: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of your company's securities offering information, which carries legal significance. Do not submit any information unless you (and your legal counsel) are completely satisfied with its accuracy.

When you submit the information (electronically over the Internet) to ACE-Net for activation, a time- and date-stamped confirmation page will be generated online for you to print out, sign, and send back to your Network Operator. The ACE-Net Network Operator must receive this sheet with your signature in ink before your listing can be viewed by ACE-Net investors.

Once your submission is finally activated, your company information appears on the ACE-Net Company Database as a "read-only" document to which neither you nor anyone else can make changes. Should you wish to change any information after your company listing is activated, please contact your Network Operator.
