Once you and your legal counsel have determined that your company qualifies to be listed on Active Capital, and you have also decided on the best Active Capital option for raising the amount you need, you are now ready to enroll.

Active Capital (ACE-Net) is a fee-based listing service. The cost to enroll is $199 for a 6 month membership, payable to a not-for-profit Active Capital Network. You will first start by completing the Entrepreneur Application short form, and mailing a signed hard copy to Active Capital Network Operator office assigned to your application.

Active Capital strongly recommends that you completely explain your company's investment opportunity using the revised Small Company Offering Registration (SCOR) U-7 Form, adopted September 28, 1999. This can be accomplished using our free online software and the login information you will receive once you have registered with Active Capital. An instructional walk through can be viewed using the following link: http://activecapital.org/U7Demo. The SCOR U-7 form is not a requirement for those seeking to raise less than $1 million within a 12-month period, but while the Short Form option provides investors with a good initial look at your company, the information contained in the Short Form alone does not answer all of the questions that an investor will ask as a part of a "due diligence" review of your company. Once you have completed the SCOR U-7 Form, you will be provided an Adobe PDF version (static, to comply with NASAA and SEC regulations).

Once Active Capital has received your application along with payment, your membership will be approved. Active Capital will then make your data available to Accredited Investors to search and will automatically notify Accredited Investors interested in your business.

If you would like to extend your membership with Active Capital we offer an additional six months for $100.
