Learn How to Enroll

To have your company listed on ACE-Net's Active Capital Database, you must follow four steps. Detailed instructions on completing each of these steps are listed below. Further information about membership benefits, please see FAQs.

1. Determine whether you and your company qualify to be listed on the Active Capital Database;
2. Consider the relevant securities laws and decide how much capital you seek to raise and from where;
3. Complete and send in your Entrepreneur Application Short Form, along with the enrollment fee of $199 and the U-7 Small Company Offering Regisration (SCOR) Form.

A Note of Caution . . .
Please note that offering your company's securities for sale involves significant responsibilities for you under both federal and state securities laws. Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to seek qualified legal and other professional counsel before you decide to enroll with Active Capital. You should also review the following information in its entirety with your counsel, and together, determine whether your company's securities offering qualifies to be listed on Active Capital.

Additionally, please be advised that the entire enrollment and listing process can be time-consuming, and you should set a realistic schedule for when you want your company to become available for investors to view on Active Capital's database. Do not attempt to short-cut the process or skip over important steps as any mistake you make can lead to serious liabilities to you. Additionally, noncompliance with all securities requirements on your initial offering can "poison" your deal and impact your ability to obtain further financing from other investors later on.

Finally, you need to verify all your information carefully before making anything public. Accordingly, please have all necessary information ready before you begin preparing your Entrepreneur Application and the numerous pages of securities offering documents.
